Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Contest 2021

I’ve judged the Memphis in May Barbecue Cooking Contest every May since 2016. It’s a ton of fun, and the best barbecue. Here are my favorite shots from the 2021 contest.

2021 brought masks to Memphis in May, and there were even mask police walking around making sure folks wore them. It sure didn’t affect the taste of the meats!
