First Class Barbecue Cooks a Name-Worthy Hog at Pigapalooza 2022 at the American Royal

October 26, 2022 By WooPigFoodie Leave a Comment

First Class Barbecue out of Hempstead, Texas put up a really beautiful hog over at Pigapalooza 2022 at the American Royal in Kansas City, which raises money for Operation BBQ Relief. I think it was the prettiest hog of the night, and there were lots of contenders for that! Take a look and see what you think.

This was a family operation, which was a lot of fun to watch.

The Thing About Fried Pickles

The thing about fried pickles is that you know they’re going to be hot. And you know that little cup of ranch dressing isn’t going to do it. You’re going to burn your mouth, your hands, and have hot vinegary dill pickle juice streaming down your chin and dripping onto the table. That’s just the way it is. And you don’t care. So you dive in, and burn yourself good. And it’s fantastic.
